So here you are at the soon-to-be-famous Hero Twins blog. Huzzah. As you may or may not know, we’re going on a teeny tiny bike ride from Jacksonville, Florida to San Diego, California, or rather what’s left of it. We’ve got the route maps to prove it. Kate built them with her own dirty filthy hands. So, let’s see, what’s been going on here in Boston… I arrived on Friday the 26th of October and Kate picked me up at the airport in a toucan costume. We then dropped off my bags and went to a Halloween party where we got, uh, slightly buzzed after which Kate (supposedly) proceeded to chuck heaping piles of sticky food at the walls and got us kicked out for being too loud. Kate doesn’t dick around when she parties. Other than that it’s mostly just been hanging about and imposing on Kate’s incredibly generous and kind friends. Tonight will be more shenanigans and tomorrow it’s off to Florida followed by the actual start of the ride on the 2nd. Crazy, right? What have we gotten ourselves into this time….
